My friend Gale and I were both inspired by a lecture on astrophotography sponsored by the Maine Professional Photographer’s Association (thanks, Gale, for the invitation!). I used PhotoPills to predict exactly where and when to find the Milky Way. Still lots to learn and I’m looking forward to many more opportunities to photograph the night sky in Maine.
